STEPS TO BUYING A HOME

01/ Asking yourself why you want to purchase a home is the first stage in the home-buying process.

Next, list the location and type of home you’d want. Be precise. Sort the “must haves” and the “wish to haves” separately. (City, a neighbourhood in a suburb, or country, community (east, west, north, or south) (older and settled or sparkling new; a particular school zone; recreational facilities; and other community services such as transportation, day care, library, stores, entertainment).
